It brings a seamless quick experience for our customers in the real estate industry at the moment they need access to our products and services even in the real world. Whether sharing contact info with their own clients, publishing a listing or doing on-site assessments, they can use NFC or QR code scanning to easily complete the tasks from our app.

To share information on LightBox in physical world is fast and intuitive: staying on that page, you don’t need to do anything but tap your phone on top of the other people’s phone.

One topic of our concept design sessions is to find design possibilities with novel technologies, keep tight connections with our clients and create new business growth opportunities.

I proposed this concept of interactive merchandises, which piqued the interest of our team. So we decided to launch this side-project as a delightful addition to our product line.

LightBox is a leading real estate information and technology platform. Through operational excellence and a passion for innovation, LightBox facilitates transparency, efficiency, insight, and prediction for real estate investment and location analytics.
LightBox customers include commercial and government agencies requiring definitive real estate data and powerful workflow solutions, including brokers, developers, investors, lenders, insurers, technology providers, environmental consultants, and valuation professionals.

Problem

Indeed, our customers' work is not limited to computer-based tasks alone. Brokers often engage in business travels, collect contacts from potential buyers, and conduct face-to-face presentations. Similarly, buyers visit properties on-site, which involves real-world interactions.

In such scenarios, synchronizing their workflow from the real world to the LightBox platform can be inefficient and impractical.
